Upon completing his studies at Hebrew University School of Business,

Mr. Ben Baruch was appointed as CEO of Yeffe Hod, a 30 million dollar a year poultry

business.

Mr. Ben Baruch joined as President in 1996, where in addition to his busy schedule,

he oversaw the successful production and marketing of the "LIBA"; the revolutionary

new armor system which is rapidly being made the "armor of choice" throughout the

world leaders in Military Industry.
